Teaching the Awe and Wonder of God’s Majesty

My people, My people, why have you forsaken Me?

one peg forsaken by the other pegs

Letter from the Lord (5/23/23)

My people, My people, why have you forsaken Me? Why have you called out to other gods before Me as though I am not present to see, hear, and respond? Why is it that you have given yourselves over to anger and accusation, when those among you need encouragement, strengthening, and comforting, Amen? Why are you so quick to speak, Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar? Sit and listen, My Loves! Be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger, Amen Amen again Amen! This is My way. It is the only way. It is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, Amen!

Scripture references:

Jeremiah 2:13 (the Israelites also forsook God, the fountain of living waters, and built themselves cisterns to hold water; however, their broken cisterns could not hold any life-giving water- this is to indicate that God is the only well-spring that makes fresh water come out of our mouths in order to speak life to others and bless them. On the other hand, those who forsake God speak death to others through the bitter water of their words, Amen [see also James 3:10-12])

James 5:9 (God is the Judge who stands at the door; He is aways present to see, hear, and to respond, Amen)

Proverbs 15:1, 18; 16:28; 28:25; 29:22; 30:33; James 4:1; 1 Corinthians 3:3 (the other gods the Lord is referring to are the spirits of anger, accusation, strife, and all other gods associated with strife, Amen; where there is strife, there is the carnal and fleshly man instead of the spiritual man, Amen)

1 Thessalonians 5:11 (encourage one another in the Lord)

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (comfort one another in the Lord)

Job 42:7-9 (Job’s three friends Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar were judged by God for their words)

James 1:19 (be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger)

John 14:6 (Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, Amen; being quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger is Jesus’s nature and He imparts his nature through His Holy Spirit, Amen)

*note: wherever there are Amens written in the letter above, they indicate one or more of the Godhead responding with ‘Amen’. When there are three amens in a row, each member of the Godhead (the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit) are responding in agreement to what is being spoken or written. No commas between Amens indicate There unity and Oneness, for each member is equally Divine and fully God, Amen Amen again Amen.

*Forsaken comes from the Hebrew word azab and the Greek word egkataleipó; both mean ‘to abandon’ [H5800; G1459]. Jesus is stating that His people are abandoning His way for their own way, Amen. If you are Christ’s people, then please repent with the following prayer:

Prayer to repent for anger, accusation, and strife
