Father,

There is much division within Your body today. Division because of selfish ambitions, lack of vigilance, and error concerning the Word of God. My hope and prayer is for Your healing balm to be on this generation, for Your Spirit to help us to divide Your Word rightly, and for true submission to take place among all its true members. Lord, You cause divisions to take place for Your purposes, but let not the reasons be because our hearts have left their First Love! Bring this generation to repentance, if that is the case, and divinely influence our hearts to be softened toward You and to the brethren. Help us to love one another well, for You are the only One capable of showing us how and can stir us up to do so. We love You, Lord, and we eagerly anticipate unity within Your Body for Your Name sake! In Jesus’s Name, Amen.
